Tips for Visitors

Floatfest enforces a clear bag policy for security purposes, so only transparent bags are permitted. All strollers, backpacks and purses will be inspected before entry. Visitors should wear comfortable walking shoes, as the 2.5-mile route requires a lot of walking, and strollers may be challenging to navigate on uneven terrain.

Service animals are welcome, but pets are not allowed. It’s recommended to bring water to stay hydrated, especially on warmer days. While food vendors will be available, guests are allowed to bring small amounts of food and non-alcoholic drinks. Large coolers are prohibited.

To avoid getting separated, groups should agree on a meeting spot, such as the Guest Services tent located at the intersection of Sierra Madre and Washington Boulevards. Visitors can also grab a venue map at the entrance or Park-N-Ride shuttle locations for easy navigation.

Shuttle Service

With limited parking near the venue, free shuttle services are provided to enhance the experience. Shuttles operate from Pasadena City College and the PCC Extension Lot, offering convenient transportation to and from the event. Guests using the shuttle enjoy priority access through a dedicated entrance.
